Torque Testing is done by Digitally Controlled Machine that strictly meet International quality Standards like BIS, DIN & ANSI.
Chemical Testing
All raw materials purchased are from renowned steel producers and then further in house tested for exact chemical composition by spectrometer and chemical analysis.
Batch Testing
Batch production means that components stay together through out the manufacturing process from the moment the raw material is issued from the stores to the moment they pass through final inspection. This ensures complete traceability from the purchase order for the raw material used through to when the product goes into our finished product stores.
Inspection
Our Team of inspectors are very experienced. Between them they inspect hundreds of thousands of units. They will pick up any cosmetic, mechanical or manufacturing faults if they appear and then ensure that the necessary corrective action is taken to prevent it happening again. Most product groups are 100% inspected.
